Discover the Magic of Reading

By Dianna Landes BCC Contributor

We will be having a class on tablet and kindle use. We have not yet set a date, but we would like to find out how many people are interested in learning how to navigate their tablet better, load apps, access documents and photos and how to download and use our free eBooks app. Please call the library at 830-510-2777 to find out more information.
The Lakehills Library will be having a community garage sale fundraiser on Saturday, April 1. If you are interested in renting a space on Saturday, April 1, for $10 outside or $15 inside to sell either your garage sale items, crafts or other market items, please come by the library to reserve your space now. All proceeds will go to pay for entertainment/educational programming for the Summer Reading Program.
On Monday, March 27, from 3 pm to 5 pm, Mary Ann Bowman, an experience life coach and instructor, will be teaching a class that is free and open to the public. It is called, "How to be a Better Communicator", and it will help you gain skills in communication to build stronger relationships with those around you. Please call to sign up at 830-510-2777, or you can attend the calls without signing up.
The library is in need for LEGOS for Summer Reading. If you have more LEGOS than you have need of, please consider donating some to the library. The theme this year is building and we would love to be able to do some fun building with LEGOS with the kids. Please drop off any and all LEGOS at the Lakehills Area Library.
