Discover the Magic of Reading

Summer Reading Schedule:
Wednesday, June 14
The Magic of Reading with Magician Richard Blake. 10:30-11:30 am.
Wednesday, June 21
For the kids 5 and under we will be making a color-changing chameleon and for the kids six and up we will be making fluffy slime. 10:30-11:30 am.
Wednesday, June 28
For the kids 7 and under we will be doing a self-esteem building activity and for the kids 8 and older we will be doing a team building activity. 10:30-11:30 am.
Monday, June 12-June 17
The library will host a quilt show. Area quilters will have their work on display in our meeting room and there will be quilters there to answer your questions. Please come by and admire these lovely hand made works of art. Open during regular library hours.
We will have a special series of crochet classes on Saturdays on June 3, 10 and 17. Everyone is welcome, at any stage of learning. We will be teaching crochet basics and how to read patterns. Classes are from 10 am-noon and you will need to bring some inexpensive yarn and a medium size crochet hook. Our regular crochet class is still on Monday's at 11am-1pm.
The Daytime book club will meet at 1pm on Tuesday June 27 to discuss Ginny Moon, a new novel by Benjamin Ludwig. New members are always welcome. Refreshments will be served. 
As always, all programs, groups and classes at the library are free and open to the public.
