Are You Ready For Some Young Life?

Jacob Raitz, area director for Bandera County Young Life, and his crew, are making preparations for the upcoming school year and various activities that they have planned. Bandera Young Life, in conjunction with Sonic Drive-In and Bandera County Christian Fellowship, will be hosting “5th quarter” activities after home football games beginning Friday, Sept. 8, for high school students. Raitz and friends worked last Saturday morning to get the sand volleyball court next to Sonic ready to go for the 5th quarter activities. The first Bandera Young Life “club” activity will be the Monday of Homecoming week, Sept. 11, at the White Rock Church across from Bandera High School. The annual Bandera Young Life Banquet will be Monday, Sept. 25. If an individual has an interest in contributing toward Bandera Young Life or helping in some capacity, please contact Jacob Raitz at 830-688-2776 or
